International Intellectual Property Protocols

These terms govern the use of the Golisimo Brand Integrity Portal and outline the legal framework for our brand protection activities.

1. Scope of Authority

The Golisimo Brand Integrity & Security Division (hereinafter "the Division") operates this portal as the official oversight mechanism for the intellectual property of Golisimo Inc. and its subsidiaries. By accessing this portal, you acknowledge the Division's authority to monitor, identify, and neutralize unauthorized digital assets that infringe upon the Golisimo brand ecosystem. Our operations are conducted in accordance with international intellectual property protocols, including but not limited to the Berne Convention for the Protection of Literary and Artistic Works and the WIPO Copyright Treaty.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, technical documentation, forensic methodologies, and visual assets displayed on this portal are the exclusive property of Golisimo Inc. Unauthorized reproduction, mirroring, or distribution of these materials is strictly prohibited and will be met with immediate legal neutralization. The "Golisimo" wordmark, shield logo, and associated technical identifiers are registered trademarks in multiple jurisdictions. Any use of these assets without express written authorization from the Division's Legal Department constitutes trademark infringement and brand abuse.

3. Incident Reporting & Evidence Submission

Users submitting threat intelligence or forensic evidence via the Reporting Center grant the Division a non-exclusive, global, royalty-free license to use, analyze, and distribute such information for the purpose of brand protection and security research. The Division reserves the right to share anonymized threat data with trusted security partners and law enforcement agencies to facilitate the neutralization of malicious infrastructure. Reporters are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the information provided and must not submit false or misleading reports with the intent to disrupt legitimate services.

4. Neutralization Protocols

The Division employs automated and manual heuristics to identify infringing assets. Upon confirmation of a threat vector, the Division may initiate neutralization protocols, which include but are not limited to: issuing DMCA takedown notices, filing UDRP complaints for domain suspension, and coordinating with hosting providers to terminate malicious accounts. These actions are taken to protect the integrity of the Golisimo brand and the security of its users. The Division shall not be held liable for any disruptions caused by the legitimate enforcement of its intellectual property rights.

5. Limitation of Liability

While the Division strives to provide accurate and up-to-date information, the contents of this portal are provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. The Division does not guarantee that the portal will be error-free or that its monitoring activities will identify every instance of brand abuse. In no event shall Golisimo Inc. or its affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use this portal or the information contained herein.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Golisimo Inc. is headquartered, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms or the use of this portal shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in that jurisdiction. If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
